Certified Appraisal Reports

In the main part of the appraisal process, your Brumbaugh Appraisals appraiser will assess the equipment in question, drawing on experience, expertise, methodology of appraisal and specific guidelines for determining values.

The end result for our clients is an accurate, substantiated, defensible and irrefutable certified appraisal.
When the evaluation is concluded, our clients receive a USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) compliant report.  This document includes specific required information about the subject property that will withstand scrutiny of the IRS, lenders, courts, attorneys, CPAs and others, and is more than 50 pages long. Our documentation standards meet the highest possible requirements of our clients, including the FDIC.

The report will also include a Certified Appraisal and be based on the type of analysis most appropriate for the subject property, such as Fair Market Value (FMV), Orderly Liquidation Value (OLV) or Forced Liquidation Value (FLV).
